Great app! It works well. It lets you add the COD fee and the best part is that it lets you customize which shipping method it is visible with. I had removed the COD payment option from my store for this very reason. Now I can once again offer this payment option to my customers! Thanks to Releasit COD. I started to sell online using Shopify and I wanted to encourage people to pay using the card. A practice I’ve seen bigger brands in my country use is to add additional costs to customers who want to pay COD. Using this app I managed to do so and I must say without much effort, once I failed following one of the really easy steps I got to talk on WhatsApp with one of the customer service agents and they literally fixed every bug for me like I did not have to lift a finger, just tried it afterward and it worked. In conclusion, great service and a great app does exactly what it has to do.

One of the best apps for adding cash on delivery fees. It is easily installable, they have videos and images to guide you, and if needed support is available 24/7 which is a great benefit. I love that I can limit the option of COD to a country which Shopify doesn’t allow you to do without this app.

The app is working well, is easy to set, and the customer service works also really well. You can add explaining texts to the COD payment option and the order confirmation email. So it really helps out shops in Europe, as Shopify lacks this very basic feature that is a basic and default feature in every European webshop system. Must-have app, helps reduce the loss caused by the lack of the cash on delivery handling fee option in Shopify. Recommended! Don’t forget to add a picture to the fee, as it's working as a product.
